Ideal candidates are healthy individuals near their ideal weight with localized fat that hasn’t responded to diet and exercise. Realistic expectations are crucial.
During your consultation, we will assess your needs and discuss all aspects of the procedure, ensuring you’re fully informed and comfortable.
Most people are able to get up and move around as soon as the treatment is finished and after the effects of the anesthesia and any sedation have worn off.
You can return to your normal activities as soon as you feel comfortable, although this may take several days to a few weeks. Most people can return to work within a few days. Recovery may take longer if large areas were treated.

What to Expect: Recovery & Results
After your liposuction procedure, a compression garment will be worn for approximately 3 to 4 weeks. This helps to reduce swelling, minimize bruising, and support your newly contoured areas.
While some bruising and swelling are normal during the initial 7 to 10 days, most patients can return to light activities and work within a few days to weeks, depending on the scope of the treatment. The full aesthetic results will gradually become visible as swelling subsides over several months, with continued skin tightening for up to a year. Maintaining a stable weight post-procedure is crucial for preserving your long-term results.

When can I see the final result after doing Liposuction?
Usually, the final result will take at least 2 – 3 months to be visible.
How long will the result last after doing Liposuction?
The result of Liposuction are permanent, provided the patient has a healthy lifestyle and exercises regularly.
Can I transfer the fat after Liposuction to other parts of my body?
Yes, it is possible to transfer the fat to the face, breasts, on buttocks on the same time while doing liposuction.
Your surgeon will inject a tumescent solution containing a vasoconstrictor (adrenaline) before doing Liposuction. Hence there will be very minimal blood loss.
Usually, the final result will take at least 2 – 3 months to be visible.
Is Liposuction painful?
Usually patients say that they feel a bit sore at the Lipo areas and the pain subsides in a few days.
Will there be swelling after doing Liposuction?
Yes, after any surgery, there will be swelling. Hence, patients will be required to wear the compression garments regularly until the swelling has subsided.
